By creating an account or using Mangoku, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Mangoku is a community-built library for tracking and discovering manga, manhwa, manhua, and anime. It is provided as-is, free to use, and community-funded. We do not host any manga chapters, episodes, or copyrighted media — only metadata.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Mangoku. To access or create 18+ / NSFW content or groups, you must be at least 18 years old. By confirming the age gate, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent their age.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, engage in harassment, spam, or abuse of the platform.
By submitting content (comments, edit suggestions, cover suggestions, related title votes, group posts) you grant Mangoku a licence to display and use that content on the platform. You must not submit content that is:
Mangoku allows 18+ content in designated areas (NSFW-tagged titles and groups). Access to this content requires age confirmation. You must be 18 or older to access or contribute NSFW content. Do not share NSFW content outside of designated areas.
Manga and anime metadata is sourced from AniList, MangaDex, and similar public APIs. We don't host any chapters or copyrighted content — only metadata (titles, covers, descriptions, credits). Reading links point to third-party sites we are not responsible for.
Mangoku is provided "as is" without any warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that the service will always be available.
We collect only what's needed to run the service: your email, username, and the list/rating data you choose to add. We don't sell your data. Account data is stored securely via Supabase. See our privacy practices in action — your data is yours and can be deleted by deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
